Amanda is a Nationally Certified Theraputic Massage Therapist and Kripalu Yoga Instructor.  She has been practicing Theraputic Massage for over four years in the South Jersey area.  Amanda has practiced yoga for the last 6 years, and has recently completed her 200 hour yoga certification through Kripalu Yoga Association.  She is also affiliated with Yoga Alliance and the NJ Board of Nursing. Amanda believes that Yoga along with Bodywork provides the opportunity for personal growth and mental well-being. It supports efforts to create and maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle at any age or stage of life.

Paul has been trained in the Art of Classical Chinese Medicine at the National College of Natropathic Medicine in Portland, OR.  He has been helping patients with their health concerns for over four years. Through the use of life and dietary counseling, acupuncture, herbs, energy work, and chinese astrology. Paul works to rectify imbalances with in the body, by treating the root cause.  During treat-ment sessions Paul desires to inform and thus empower the individual allowing them to make healthy living decisions everyday.  Your understanding of the imbalance is as powerful as the treatment it self! With a positive attitude and open mind most imbalances can be rectified. Paul has also been trained in Tai ji Chaun and Qigong under the MT.Ermei lineage of Master Zhongxian Wu

Kristi has recently completed her Massage Training at The National Massage Therapy Institute in EHT. She has had a life long interest in Massage since about the age of 5. Now skilled and trained she believes that healing power of massage can benefit all. She is currently continuing her studies to prepare for the National Board Massage Certification. She excited to start enjoying life with her new career as a massage therapist. She is also looking forward to starting a regular yoga practice and bringing that into her massage technique as well.

Sethanie is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She has been praciticing massage for two years. Her specialities are deep tissue, sports massage and traditional thai massage.  January 08 she traveled to Chiang Mai Thailand to study Thai massage for one month. Completing 120 hours of training in Traditional Thai Massage.

Lu has been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years. She feels that her practice has brought her greater focus, depth, and compassion. She completed her training as a Kripalu Yoga teacher in March of 2007. For the past year she has enjoyed sharing her love of Yoga with her students. Her class is very restorative with a focus on working with the breath and feeling the postures in yourself. Take the time to reconnect your mind, body and spirit and join Lu for a wonderful Yoga session.

 Michelle has been practicing yoga for over 15 years.  She completed her 200hr Kriplau Yoga Teacher Training a year ago. Michelle is dedicated to inspiring beginners students to opening and connecting to their body and mind.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca channeled her passion for exploring movement at an early age through her training in classical ballet and modern dance. This exploration of movement lead her to the study of yoga. Rebecca completed the Yoga Nine 200 hour teacher training with Laurie Greene, and is excited to share her experience with others.  She is also continuing her Yoga Training this summer starting a 500hr program at Yoga Nine.  When Rebecca isn't teaching yoga she teaches Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, and United States History. Her favorite pastimes are traveling to study cultural practices, contemplating awareness with her mother during their shared yoga practice, and trekking national parks with her husband.

Jacqui Delario,

Jacqui Delario had been working professionally in the healing arts since 1998. A nationally certified bodyworker, she infuses energy healing in with all her massage modalities. She offers Integrated Energy Therapy using Ama Deus (Brazillian Shamanism) and Munay Ki (the nine activation rules on Inka).  As Jacqui has been interested in reincarnation since childhood, she persued Past Life Regression Therapy with Henry Leo Bolduc, a pioneer in this field. She furthered her training by studying Life Between Lives Therapy. Jacqui considers past life therapy a very necessary tool in her repertoire of healing techniques. She splits her practice between the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Appointments available with Jacqui on Tuesdays.
 
 
 
Karen Manette Bosna

 Karen is a certified Yoga instructor who has been teaching in Cape May County for the past 10 years and has taught in different local Yoga studios, health fitness centers, school systems, community organizations, etc.  She enjoys the freedom of being a "gypsy yogi" .   Karen feels her purpose as a teacher is to guide students to discover their own energy and personal freedom - to wake up what we have been given and to allow it to evolve.  She is experienced in all levels of the Ashtanga System of Yoga but also teaches Yoga Dance, Vinyasa Flow, Seniors, etc.  She  has completed the Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Trance Dance Teacher trainings with Shiva Rea.  She has also had the honored opportunity to study intensively and complete teacher training with David Swenson.  She has also participated in trainings with Doug Swenson, David Dorian Ross, Baron Baptiste, etc.  Karen has a passion for Yoga and is grateful and honored for the opportunity to share her awareness on a personal basis in her local community.

Michelle Bingnear

Michelle has been in love with Pilates for over seven years, and has been trying to pass that on to students for the last two years.  Overall health has become increasingly important as she searches for practices that feed the soul and nourish the spirit.  As a breast cancer survivor, Michelle is especially attuned to the rehabilitation benefits of Pilates, and is currently seeking certification through the Pink Ribbon Program, and also as a Holistic Health Consultant.

Heidi Farber

Heidi Farber has been a resident of Atlantic County, New Jersey for over 20 years, originally from New York. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Albany and a Master degree from Long Island University. After teaching Special Education and practicing yoga for
many years, she has recently become Kripalu certified, combining her love of teaching with yoga. Heidi believes in the total yogic experience, bringing awareness to body, breath, mind and spirit. Classes begin with a centering and warm-ups, followed by a vinyasa flow and ending with relaxation. By exploring yogic philosophy, students begin to integrate their practice and therefore carry yoga into their everyday lives. She looks forward to creating a space in which harmony and balance foster spiritual growth

Lori took her first yoga class after college and was immediately hooked! Yoga has continued to inspire all aspects of Lori's life, ever since. Yoga has encouraged Lori to uphold a healthy lifestyle and savor life's joys. Lori completed her yoga training at Yoga Nine in 2007. She hopes she can help her students  experience joy and serenity through yoga. As a full time educator, Lori is aware of the positive impact yoga can have on any person who is willing to experience what yoga has to offer!!

Jessica McNeely
Yoga Instructor, Psychophysiologist
 Mind/Body Researcher

Jessica received a Master’s of the Arts degree in Experimental Psychology from Towson University. She is interested in the scientific study of the mind and its role in maintenance of health and prevention of disease. She has worked on diverse research projects focusing on the promotion of health through complete breathing, meditation and nutrition. She is currently working at the Clinical Research Branch of the National Institute on Aging (NIA) assisting with the conduct of clinical research. She is currently managing a study that investigates the effects of guided breathing exercises on blood pressure and other variables in hypertensive patients. Her work has been published in the Journal of American Society of Hypertension and Psychophysiology. She is dedicated to the study of the pathogenesis and prevention of cardiovascular disorders through behavioral interventions.  Her work at the NIA has confirmed her belief in the efficacy of adaptive breathing in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. She is a certified Yoga instructor and enjoys sharing her passion for breath control, meditation and asanas that promote mental and physical health and well being with her community. Jessica currently lives in the Baltimore area.  She does workshops for Dragonfly Wellness Studio a few times throughout the year.
