Arlene Vogt began practicing yoga in 2000. In 2001, she was introduced to Sivananda yoga. Having found the style that she is passionate about, she quickly developed a daily practice. She achieved her first certification in 2006 and received her 500-hour teacher certification, from YogaLife Institute in Wayne, PA. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT. Arlene looks forward to sharing her knowledge with her students, and continues to encourage them to challenge themselves without forcing. And, always has them focus on the positive; yoga is about what you can do. .jpg) Becky Rebmann Zumba Instructor I was born and raised in Cape May County. I graduated in 2005 from Cape May Technical High School and in 2008 from Delaware Valley College. I have a bachelors degree in Secondary Education Science. I am currently employed full-time at Crest Memorial School as a teacher's aide. My family and I have raised Seeing Eye puppies for the sight impaired for about 9 years now (8 puppies). I love yoga, running, dancing, playing the flute, going to concerts, and enjoying the beach. I recently got certified from AAAI for Zumba and I am very excited to teach it!

Bobi Watson I am a yogini and conscious dancer with an avid interest in Psychology, EcoPsychology and Environmental studies, Tantra, Ayurveda and Healthy Cuisine, Eastern philosophies and Religions as well as in other varied health and wellness practices since before I can remember. Having worked and played hard to understand the nature of "the swing" I have grown accustomed to feeling as if I’m somewhat of an outcast with an obscurely obsessive viewpoint but I am comfortable with this mindset. Although I have been employed fulltime for the Borough of Wildwood Crest's Recreation Department for twenty years and also coach swimming with the Wildwood Crest Dolphins Swim Team I have developed an eclectic personal yoga practice under the guidance of many fabulous teachers and my inner guru. I am so excited that Dragonfly Wellness Studio affords us a beautiful sacred space here in Cape May County where we can share. My varied practices help me to fine tune my state of empathy and compassion, connect with like~minded community and otherwise socially, to decrease the static and fluctuations of my sometimes ever-changing and observant mind, to find and listen to my quieter inner voice and communicate clearly and effectively. I embrace being cognizant of the truth in my heart to guide and assist the transformation of my body and soul on a continuum. I’ve learned life is illusive, although suggested by quantum physicists that thinking makes things so I am recently beginning to fortunately feel a bit more mainstream depending upon my location and company and that life is all; simply put, good and perfectly in place. I truly believe every living person has a multitude of stories imprinted on a cellular level which create habits and convincing holding patterns. These inbedded layers of life events also have formed pathways in the brain and direct one’s journey or path in life. The inquisitive use this past history, a provisional insitefulness of sorts, as positive and/or negative feedback and as a reminder of what energetic course to travel, to create the best future of the highest order and avoid mayhem and mishap. I believe one can learn from experiences and can have some control over what is learned from their experiential explorations, mindfully recognizing and letting go of what they find is no longer serving them at this point, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is my intent in assisting Amanda as a workshop and event coordinator to bring inspiration along with mystery & intrigue as well as answers to Cape May County's community through the venues we have hosted and plan to host in the future. We hope you partake of these offerings afforded to us locally, learning something brilliant each time, and I look forward to making progress on the learning curve with you as we reap these benefits time and time again. Please do not hesitate to contact me, letting us in on your personal secrets. What do you feel you currently need to obtain optimal health?
P.S. I am extremely proud of my now grown twin daughters Erika and Kristen who now reside in CA in the heart of larger yoga communities and so happy for the birth of Parker Rae who is going to add great squeals of delight and vital life force at Dragonfly in time. Way to go Amanda and Doug!
