Yoga in the Vineyard

Yoga session for all levels (Beginner-Advanced Students Welcome) I will give options and modifications for everyone.  Please bring a yoga mat, healthy body, and a desire to explore, expand, and feel the body, mind and taste buds in a new exciting way.  Please Dress comfortably in layers of clothing that allow movement without restriction, No jeans! Tuition $30-$20 deposit $10 at the door. Includes 5 wines to taste, Tasting Glass, Cheese tasting and Yoga in the Vineyard. Please arrive 10-15 mins early to complete payment and fill out any necessary paperwork.
