For REAL Beginners learn basic postures, terminology and breathing techniques over the course of 5 weeks. Also, learn modifications of postures and props that may be used with each one. Yoga 101 will ensure that you always have a safe yoga practice that fits your needs no matter where you are practicing. Pre-Registration is required.

Includes 5 Yoga 101 classes and Unlimited yoga & meditation classes throughout the 5 weeks.
Week 1: Breathing to calm the mind and become present.
Week 2: Standing Poses, Learn how to engage the body for strength.
Week 3: Belly, Back & Twisting Poses, Open the spine and create flexibility.
Week 4: Seated Poses, Open the hips and legs to reduce back pain.
Week 5: Putting it all together. Creating links between poses while creating body and breath awareness.
