Connect to your core this year with our new Pilates with Props Series! Become stronger and more flexible as you master fundamental Pilates moves. This 5 week course integrates foam rollers, magic circles and balance balls into core conditioning. Pilates Excercises are proven to create streamline bodies, improve posture, and invigorate the spirit!
Our fully-trained instructor (Judy) has been teaching for over 10 years, inspiring students to look and feel their best through Pilates and Yoga.
Tuition $1oo includes 5 weeks of Pilates with Props and unlimited classes throughout the 5 weeks.
