Pilates Matw/Michelle B. Saturday 10:15am & Sunday 8:00am Pilates Mat Class is workable for almost every body, no matter what shape or size. The only condition is that you can get down on the floor (getting up is optional, and we can help)! Pilates will improve your core muscles – your abs and back - bringing efficiency to movement in all areas of your life. This class is forty five minutes long, is easily modified for the beginner or intermediate student, and follows a classic Pilates flow using music and sometimes props. Please bring your own thick mat (the thicker the better) and wear comfortable clothing. Dragonfly Wellness Studio has Mats to rent @ $1, however they are very thin and used mostly for yoga.
